After binging the first book, I was so excited to start the next one.  Jaclyn may have been the tough, ball buster in the corporate game, but Margot is the mastermind for business. She runs into Coop, a hotshot lawyer, multiple times. Even though there encounters were push and pull,  the chemistry between them was scorching hot!! Such an amazing series!!

This is the first book in the trilogy. We meet Mina. She has experienced many horrors in her life; yet, she manages to take care of herself and her loved ones. There's so much suspense with the twist and turns and secrets, it definitely leaves you wanting more. The fact that this is in the same world as The Black Widow Academy, makes this so much better! These get more and more intense and a lot more darker as the series continues. So many unexpected twist and turns, definitely keeps things interesting. And Valentine, lord have mercy 🥵🔥. I'm excited to see what happens next.

The story focuses on Nikolai and Arianna, who are in rival mob families. There was sooo much action, drama, and off the charts chemistry between both characters! This is my first story by Aurora Black and she completely knocked it out of the ball park. I hope to read more from this author!!

Whelp!! I literally finished all 5 books in almost 3 days. I just couldn't stop! I swear, if I can give this story more than 5 stars, I totally would. This my first Amo Jones book/series and I am now a huge fan. This series has everything; lies, secrets, deceit,  twist and turns, possessive alphas who don't know how to deal with feelings, scorching heat, violence, overcoming trauma. It's intense! I'm going to recommend this every chance I get.

This is book 3 of the Blood Fire saga. To understand it, you must read books 1 & 2 first. Mera is growing stronger everyday. With that strength, she is also gaining new enemies. Not only is she still trying to save Valentine, but she is learning more and more about her parentage/family and some dirty secrets that have been kept hidden.

There is soooo much happening! Some parts were dragging on a bit, however, it was still very intriguing and you just have to know what happens next! The connection that Mera and Valentine have is pure love. He has her mind, body, and soul, and not even death can separate them. That's just beautiful!

Noooo!! I can't believe it's all over. This is the conclusion in the Alex Drake series. There were more twist and suspense than the first three! Not only that, the chemistry between the two characters are off the charts. You just really want to root for them. Although, it may be over, it's good to know that Alex and Madison get their happy ending. Overall, I really, really enjoyed this series!

Captive of the Vampire is book 2 in the Blood Fire Saga. This one is a continuation of the last book. Mera is on a mission to save the Vampire King, Valentine. Here I thought the Valentine before was pretty smokin' hot, but preternatural Valentine is a very naughty king. There was so much action and twist and turns! We also learn more about her cat shifter and creepy stalker guy. These books seem to get better and better.

It was normal for Cassidy's adopted mother, Rosa, to go MIA for a while. It wasn't until Cassidy received a suspicious letter when she started to worry. Upon checking out her mother's apartment, she discovers that there's something off about her disappearance. She was viciously attacked by a strange man and was rescued by Rosa's neighbor, Luke. Everything went downhill from there.
**Does end on a cliffhanger***
This was a pretty decent read. It was hard for me to stay focused at times but when I finally did, I couldn't stop. I absolutely loved the unlikely duo of Luke and Cassidy. Cassidy is an "ordinary" introverted, bookstore employee, who is an good girl. Luke is an ex-convict badass. It was a reeeeally slow burn. Although, I loved the attraction between them but it was a bit frustrating. I would love to continue on.
